Dr. Edward de BonoThe originator of the term 'Lateral Thinking', de Bono's techniques enable those trained to use creativity as a tangible business commodity that can be harnessed on-demand for deliberate competitive advantage. Although de Bono's methods are based on a technical understanding of the brain, the methods are very simple and practical. He believes that the traditional emphasis on analysis, critical thinking and argument is inadequate. He puts emphasis on constructive and creative thinking. |
Carole WilliamsWith over 20 years experience in service operations, managing performance development and training across all levels, Carole provides strong coaching and boosts creative skills. Carole worked as a Regional Department Manager, in charge of implementing personal development plans and performance managing department members, for a global fortune 500 restaurant chain. Later she progressed onto becoming a Corporate Training Manager. In this position she helped to align the national training strategy for the company, as well as developing a Foundation degree in association with Manchester Metropolitan University. |
